Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Charges (Within India)

  • Standard shipping charge: ₹120 (flat rate) per order, regardless of the number of items.

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2000.

 

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • In case a product has a longer lead time (e.g., made-to-order or pre-order pieces), this will be mentioned clearly on the product page.

  • Deliveries may take slightly longer during festive seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

3. Delivery Address

  • Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that the shipping address, pin code, and contact number are entered correctly to avoid delays.

  • We are not responsible for orders undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

4. Address Modification

  • If you need to modify your shipping address, please email us at hello@ilaweaves.com or message us via WhatsApp within 4 hours of placing the order.

 

5. Delivery Partners

  • We work with reliable courier partners across India to ensure your package reaches you safely and on time.

  • If your area is unserviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you and make alternative arrangements if possible.
