Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 13/06/2025

At Ila Weaves, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, should there be an issue, please refer to our policy below.

 

1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations are allowed only within 5 hours of placing an order.

  • Once the 5-hour window has passed, the order will be processed and can no longer be cancelled.

  • To request a cancellation within the allowed time frame, please email us at hello@ilaweaves.com or contact us via WhatsApp with your order ID.

 

2. Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds or returns once a product is sold. However, we offer an exchange in the following situations:

  • You received a wrong or defective item

  • You require a size change (if applicable to the product)

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 3 days (72 hours) from the date of delivery.

  • You must provide a complete unboxing video as proof, starting before the parcel is opened, clearly showing:

    • Both sides of the parcel

    • The sealed packaging

    • The full unpacking process

Without a valid unboxing video, we cannot process exchanges or returns.

 

3. Conditions for Exchange

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • All original labels, tags, and packaging must be intact.

  • Exchange is allowed once per order only.

  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange unless the item received is incorrect or damaged. In such cases, an unboxing video is mandatory.

 

4. Exchange Procedure

Once your exchange is approved by the Ila Weaves team:

  • You must ship the product back to us at your own cost.

  • We do not provide reverse pickup services currently.

  • Use a trackable courier service and keep proof of dispatch.

  • Include a note with your name, contact number, email, address, and order ID in the parcel.

We are not responsible for any lost or undelivered return shipments. Please retain the courier receipt and tracking details until we confirm receipt.

 

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Refunds are applicable only if the ordered item is out of stock or cannot be exchanged.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 8–10 working days.

  • Shipping and cash-on-delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.

 

6. Store Credit

  • In certain cases, you may opt for store credit in lieu of an exchange.

  • Store credit will be issued for the product value minus shipping/COD charges.

  • The credit will be valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
